Pete an Gloria Stavropoulos have been in the hospitality business for over 40 years and in 2006 opened Boomers' Steakhouse. After serving this community for almost 20 years at Trails Cafe they saw a need for an elegant casual dining establishment that included a full bar. And in 2010 Boomers' expanded to included an outdoor Patio for alfresco dining. Today Boomers' is a part of the heartbeat of the community, serving lunch and dinner daily.
